    12 week program
    (offered in Spring, Summer and Fall yearly)

    Tuition: $4000

Food Service Management 
    20 week program
    (12 week culinary program + 8 week mgmt.)

    Tuition: $5500

Both academic programs begin together - Food Service Management students continue on for an additional eight (8) weeks.

Cost:
    $65 (couples $125) per clinic
    $350 (couples $675) per package - 6 clinics
    Call for group rates (5 person minimum)

Age eligibility:
    18 to cook
    21 to drink

    2018 Summer beginning July 9th- July 13th
    9am-3pm 


Cost:
    $350 for the week
    10% discount for families with 3 or more



What’s included:  
   All students will receive child-appropriate instruction on kitchen safety, cleanliness, and food preparation. All food and supplies are included. 


Age Eligibility: 
    8 to 14 year olds

 5 person class minimum
